This year's Bloodstock Festival will take place between August 8th and 11th, 2012.

As the UK's biggest independent Metal festival, held at the picturesque location of Walton on Trent in Derbyshire, B-O-A has won the hearts and minds of fans of heavy Rock and Metal by consistently showcasing the strongest metal line up on UK soil.

The average attendance for the festival is 15,000, with that figure rising year-on-year as the line-ups get stronger.

"This year we have already announced the following ... Headline (Sunday) - Alice Cooper, Behemoth plus another surprise headline still to be announced; other acts - Dimmu Borgir, Watain, Corrosion Of Conformity, Sanctuary, Anvil, Hatebreed, Paradise Lost, Grand Magus, The Black Dahlia Murder, Anaal Nathrakk and Orange Goblin.

"Over all we will be showcasing no less than a hundred bands over three days plus the warm-up night on the Thursday.
