Grand Classics offers exclusive invite to sponsor extraordinary film evenings

The Grand Classics film series was launched in New York in April of 2002 as a way to bring people together after September 11th and celebrate the power of film to inspire, with renowned filmmakers such as Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore and many more presenting films that have inspired them.

Grand Classics: Films with Style and Grand Classics Rocks are now also part of the ongoing programme in different cities. Grand Classics is now in London every other month, at the luxurious Electric Cinema in Notting Hill, which offers an ideal setting for the most prominent actors, directors, musicians and fashion designers to expose extraordinary films to new audiences and speak about the effect cinema has had on them.

Past hosts have included Sir Michael Caine, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law, Catherine Deneuve, Sir Ben Kingsley, Vivienne Westwood, Anthony Minghella and many more. The series celebrates the power of film while benefiting motion picture preservation through contributions to the British Film Institute. The ongoing screenings and after-parties have been heralded by the press as the best way to experience a film. The invite-only guest list is a distinctive cross-section of people from the worlds of film, fashion, society, art, and media.

The evenings give a sponsor valuable branding, hospitality and PR benefits. There are ongoing sponsorship and partnership opportunities at varying levels and these can be tailored to a sponsor's specific needs.
