EHFCN
The Global Health Care Fraud Prevention Summit brings international thought leaders together to discuss the global challenge of healthcare fraud, and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information among those on the front lines of fighting fraud. It will be held in Old Windsor (London) between 25th and 26th October, 2012 in conjunction with the annual conferences of EHFCN and HICFG. Through presentations, topic discussions and the opportunity to network with investigators and law enforcement from around the world, the summit will lay the foundation for increased global cooperation to combat health care fraud. This event is aimed at public institutions, private insurance companies and all professionals who care for integrity in healthcare. The Global Summit is an initiative of the following partnering organisations: NHCAA (USA), CHCAA (Canada), HICFG (UK), EHFCN and HFMU (South Africa). This 2012 edition is jointly organised by EHFCN and HICFG. "There are a number of possibilities to sponsor (please see the download button below). AOT/001 IT SKILLS 4 RURAL KENYA
Brighton Youths Volunteer Project supports a Brighton based charity, IT skills 4 Rural Kenya, which supplies recycled computers to villages in Kenya and recruits volunteers to go to the African country to teach IT skills there. This September a group of fifteen youths in the project will be going to Kenya as part of the Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council programme, which encourages youths from England to undertake exchange visits with their counterparts from poor countries. "We are at an advanced stage of planning an exchange with a group of young people from a community in Kibugat village in Kenya. As a Volunteer for the Brighton Youths Volunteer Project, I have recently benefited from training in Web Design, Communication Skills, Events Organising and Management and Film Production. I will be taking these skills with me to the village where I am hoping to share them out with my peers from Kibugat while there. We are working hard to involve and sensitise our local community in Brighton and Hove in the valuable exercise and importance of international youth relations. The exchange we are embarking on will give young people like me and the community as a whole an opportunity to establish sustainable links with a developing community in Africa. We are looking for companies to sponsor us, to help build the African Keys Installation for the 2010 Brighton Fringe Festival. More information is available on request". Contact: Edward JK Kibosek, Director. Address: Flat 28, Grove Court, 37-39 The Drive, Hove BN3 3JG. Tel.: 01566 782107. Fax: 01566 782127. E-mail:
