EQUAL ADVENTURE
Adventure should be as natural and inclusive and as available as breathing clean air - but it's not. Individuals with a physical disability are often ignored within the adventure medium, mainly because specialist equipment is required to facilitate such involvement. Equal Adventure overcomes this barrier by designing and manufacturing a wide range of specialist outdoor adventure equipment which allows people of all ages with a physical disability to participate on an equal footing with able-bodied people. EUS/PL002 FMD RACING
Action sports - especially cycling - continually inspire. "Over the next few years we will have thousands of miles to travel to fulfil Tahnée's dream of becoming World Champion. Each year, we find it more and more difficult to get to the races with the spiralling costs involved. Tahnée started her career in cycling in the UK back in 2003 ... she has already followed her sport around Europe and spends a lot of her time in the French Alps so she can ride trails almost every day during the summer. Since then she has raced much of Europe, gaining recognition in the cycling world by winning junior races, competing against some of the fastest riders in the world ... and finishing on the podium! From the beginning we have attracted and promoted some of the best products in the cycling industry - we are now looking for a major sponsor to bring financial support to our team that will enable us to compete at the highest level throughout the world". THE FOUR NATIONS GOLF CHALLENGE
Concierge Golf has created an attractive and stimulating annual amateur golf tournament which gives competitive members of UK golf clubs the rare opportunity to represent their country. The Four Nations Golf Challenge (FNGC), is the most exciting team competition for amateur club golfers ever devised, offering the mouth-watering prize of a "Ryder Cup"-style finale on one of Europe's most challenging courses. Over the years, the Ryder Cup has demonstrated the patriotism and sporting emotions triggered by competition between nations. The honour and opportunity for club golfers across all handicap levels to represent their country has stimulated a high level of interest. "The Four Nations Golf Challenge Grand Final is a 'must see' event for golfers throughout Europe and by being televised on Sky Sports creates excellent opportunities for a limited number of associated partners to promote their brand, products and services! The Four Nations Golf Challenge is actively promoted through an aggressive combination of golf media press releases, editorials, magazine advertising, online teaser and awareness campaigns and targeted direct response campaigns. All such promotion is designed to drive UK and Irish club golfers to The Four Nations Golf Challenge website - www.fournationsgolfchallenge.co.uk - where our partner's brand, products and services are promoted together with a direct link to their own website. The promotional opportunities provided by TV coverage of the event are not limited to just the actual broadcast but offer companies with vision and creative flair a promotional vehicle which spans pre- and post-event over a period of some eighteen months. A one-hour television programme on a commercial channel such as Sky Sports provides forty-seven minutes of actual TV time. Within those forty-seven minutes, various tactics can be deployed to effectively promote an individual, company, product or service. Concierge Golf will work co-operatively with sponsors to create an effective promotional package that meets their requirements". Contact: Roger Brady, Director. ODYSSEY XX1
On the 1st November 1998, at Punta Arenas in Chile, former British paratrooper Karl Bushby took the first steps on a 36,000 mile long path that will lead him home. Unassisted by any form of transport, Karl was attempting what the world told him could not be done. He began a journey that will be the longest ever continuous journey on foot, doubling any existing records. Karl believed it was possible to journey by foot from the southern most point of South America back to England and leave behind him an unbroken trail of footsteps. This incredible journey began unsupported and unfunded, simply operating on unshakeable will, faith and endurance. The story unfolds over four continents, frozen seas, deserts and mountain ranges, from the jungles to the Arctic, in an estimated fourteen year adventure like no other. Karl has completed over nine years of this marathon, covering 17,000 miles. In 2000, he crossed the guerrilla-held jungles and swamps of the Darien Gap between Colombia and Panama - a feat even the local people considered impossible for a westerner. In 2006, he created a record by crossing from Alaska to Russia by walking/swimming the semi-frozen Bering Straits. His path now lies through Asian, across Europe and back into the UK using the service tunnel of the Channel Tunnel. He will not return home until he has walked back to the UK: as such, this is a continues endeavour. Currently the Odyssey is not sponsored. For a number of years the endeavour has been without a financial sponsor or partner, resulting in difficult logistical challenges in far north east Russia, where the politics, extreme environment and remoteness have left the Odyssey in a tight spot. The Odyssey needs a partner to see this one-of-a-kind adventure push beyond the Arctic Circle, south into Asian and for the big push for home. Contact: Karl Bushby. RED GOLF MANAGEMENT LTD: EUROPEAN PROFESSIONAL GOLFER SPONSORSHIP
Red Golf Management Limited specialises in providing bespoke management services for golf professionals. "We pride ourselves on providing a fully comprehensive and personal service which allows our clients to maintain their focus on the most important element, their preparation and performance on the golf course. We are seeking sponsorship for two of our players, Tom Haylock and Andrew Johnston. All money raised will go towards the players' entry fees, travel costs and accommodation expenses for the 2013 European Challenge Tour season. Playing golf at a professional level requires a considerable outlay of money with regards to entry fees, travel, accommodation and general expenses incurred during a tournament. Without help from sponsors, achieving a full playing schedule is impossible. We are looking to raise £25,000 to enable these players to partake in a full season on the European Challenge Tour. There are several ways in which sponsoring these players could benefit a business. A logo placed on clothing or golf bag would promote your company or product. This would be seen at all times when the player is playing professionally in the UK and abroad. Sponsoring allows you to reach specific target markets with a lower financial investment than a traditional advertising campaign, activating a process of automatic communication. Sports sponsorship has one clear advantage over TV advertising in as much as the consumer is actively choosing to watch sports and the sponsorship within them. It is a personal choice that involves emotions which are automatically transferred to the partner/brand sponsor of the event. The companies sponsoring a team, a professional or a tournament, will be perceived in a positive way because the values of the sport are transferred onto the brand/product". SAPPHIRE YACHTS
Sapphire Yachts is seeking a new angle towards expanding its fleet offering in European markets. "Having researched the markets we found that there is little or no competition of small, manageable, fast, sexy, sports speedboats within the Mediterranean and the surrounding European mainland. There is a growing demographic of boating enthusiasts looking for excellent affordable and dependable sports boats, and ways of having fun in the warm seas. There is in fact an open, hungry market waiting for someone to reach out to them. To support this Sapphire has worked hard to secure the catchment area of the whole of Europe, including the sunny Mediterranean, Italy, Monaco, UK, Spain and Portugal, to name but a few countries. Sapphire is looking to feed that market by offering a sponsorship deal on their boats and equipment - please see details below - in exchange for mutually agreeable, high profile advertising covering this vast and lucrative European market. Sapphire Yachts has been in the boating industry for over twenty years owning and managing boating companies all over the world. Their pedigree is well established and proof of this can be found on
www.sapphireyachts.com showing their range of products and the dealerships established throughout their catchment area. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to set this proposal before your company. I look forward to hearing from you very soon". Contact: Christine Edwards.    SEUS/001    EUROPA POINT FC
Europa Point FC is a stepping stone club for rejected young English players aiming to play in the UEFA Champions League. "UEFA's Team 54 is the natural blend of 'English grit' with 'The Spanish Way' which will make the best future professionals. Europa Point FC is already winning the hearts and passion of football fans worldwide, as the new underdogs betting on the innovation of 'giving a second chance' and 'making dreams that cross borders come true' for young players rejected by the English system, Gibraltar and Cadiz, Spain. I'd like a good brand to take off with Gibraltar football in this passionate challenge of UEFA's Team 54 as we want to grow but are also enthusiastic to assist in the growth of our sponsor's brand, for which we will work tirelessly, knowing that the Gibraltar, Sotogrande and Costa del Sol elitist market is where it ought to be. We can offer a good brand the opportunity to be emblazoned on our shirts, together with a presence on our website and even mentions in all media which are already taking a liking to our vision and mission - like this among many others -
