United London FC is the world's first managerless football club.
"We have two main aims
• to give talented young players the platform to get noticed, scouted and signed by professional clubs; and
• to 'put fans in the dugout' by allowing football supporters to vote on a real starting eleven each week.
"Think of it as Football Manager, but in the real world. We'll provide a squad of thirty players which fans can analyse using Opta (Premier League level) data whilst watching every match and having access to a host of background information.
"Our coaches (ex-professionals) will provide them with a weekly Assistant Manager report to give them everything they need to help them choose.
"We've partnered with a large digital sports company allowing us to tap into their 20m unique visitors each month and we already have Sky Sports News and talkSPORT interested in coverage.
