Hull FC announces new sponsorship deal with Halltech Group UK

Hull FC have announced a new sponsorship deal with local business group, Halltech, who have become the club's new main partner.

The local group of businesses, founded by young entrepreneur Alex Hall, have agreed a three-year partnership with the Black & Whites that will see them become the most high-profile sponsor at the club.

Over the duration of the deal, a number of their core business brands, including Bambu Scaffolding and Envolve, will appear on club apparel and branding, whilst a number of new dedicated initiatives will be launched for club members, supporters and local community groups, the latter working alongside the Hull FC Community Foundation.

The Halltech Group started life as Halltech Electrical Ltd in 2003 and went on to launch the award-winning Halltech Energy Partnership.

Whilst the renewable energy sector has been at the heart of one of East Yorkshire's fastest-growing organisations, the group has continued to grow and diversify with a number of other businesses now under the Halltech Group banner.

Halltech Group UK CEO, Alex Hall, commented: "Halltech, Bambu and Envolve are very excited to join forces with Hull FC, who boast a strong squad and a great back-room team off the field. We are extremely proud to be associated with a club of this stature as their main club partner and genuinely believe the future is very bright for both organisations.

"Adam [Pearson] and Lee [Radford] both have a firm vision for what they want to achieve with Hull FC which resonates with me and together we're pushing to be the best of the best. We're looking forward to playing our part in that".

The deal is a significant six-figure sum that becomes Hull FC's largest commercial partnership for five years, similar to its high-profile agreement with well-known travel operator P&O Ferries, which ran between 2006 and 2011.

The club hopes this latest partnership can be just as successful and equally impressive amongst the other Super League clubs, with Chairman Adam Pearson delighted to be working with the Halltech team.

"Alex and his team have shown a genuine passion for the club and are excited about what the future holds, both for this partnership and potential success for the club," he said. "They've made a strong commitment to us investing a six-figure sum and are already working on a number of exciting plans with our marketing and community teams.

"Their enthusiasm for the club and their own business ambitions is infectious and we're looking forward to working with the Halltech businesses, like Bambu and Envolve, to deliver a first-class partnership and unlocking a number of fantastic opportunities for our supporters and community partners".

He added: "This is the largest commercial deal the club has formed in recent years and the second biggest during our time in Super League, which massively demonstrates Halltech's support. I would like to thank Alex and the team for showing such vision in what we want to achieve at the club over the coming years and I'm delighted they can be part of that with us for the next few years".

The Halltech Group will become Hull FC's main club partner, whilst this year's principle home and away shirt sponsors will continue to be Minstergate Hyundai and charity partner L6ve Life, respectively.
