AUTOGRAPH ABP
The charity: founded in 1988, Autograph ABP is a charity that works to educate the public in photography, with an emphasis on cultural identity and human rights, through exhibitions, publishing, education and the creation of a public archive of culturally diverse photography. It is based at Rivington Place, London, the home of culturally diverse contemporary art and photography in the UK. Designed by David Adjaye OBE, this prestigious award-winning building is the first new-build public gallery in London since 1968. Autograph is constantly expanding, and has worked on projects with The Hayward Gallery (UK), The South Africa National Gallery, The Barbican (UK), Harvard University and Syracuse University, DRIK (Bangladesh), Manchester Museum and Art Gallery (UK), Amnesty International, MTV Europe Foundation and Magnum Photos, in partnership to reach yet larger audiences. The offer: Autograph's concerns give it a special place at the centre of the British art scene - the envy of the world - with its sophisticated, urbane and educated audience. Sponsorship would provide the sponsor with access to this demographic segment, and associate them with an arts organization that is socially aware and has a proven track record. Autograph ABP's annual audience figures are well over 500,000. The results of a recent spot-questionnaire for an Autograph exhibition at Rivington Place showed 68% of the audience were in work and 27% were students. 100% of those questioned rated their experience of the exhibition as either Good or Excellent. Recent press coverage included a four-page feature in the Guardian, a preview on Radio 3 Night Waves, three pages in The Independent, a full page in both Metro and The Times, a double page spread in New Humanist and numerous features and reviews in the general and art press. "Your mandate and programming is highly impressive ... the breadth of the photos both aesthetically and from the point of view of content, the associated contexts of the work, and the way the show was mounted. Wonderful, memorable, subtle, and in many ways revolutionary! Congratulations!" - Doina Popescu, Ryerson Gallery and Research Centre, Toronto; "You guys rock! The best exhibitions in the country. Cutting edge and accessible. Keep doing what you are doing and more" - Kevin McCullough, Christian Aid. Contact: Indra Khanna, Curator. Address: Autograph ABP, Rivington Place, London EC2A 3BA. LIBERA

The distinctive sound of Libera has travelled the world in the last few years. The group's albums have topped both mainstream and classical charts in many countries and their recordings hold their place in top-tens alongside major artists like Bocelli. The boys who make up the vocal band Libera have been described as "normal" and "ordinary". However, as their recordings and performances demonstrate, the music they produce is truly extraordinary. With shimmering, mystical chords and ecstatic harmonies, they are unlike any other group you have ever heard. These are truly sounds to lift the soul. The singers of Libera, who are aged seven to sixteen, attend many different local schools in south London and come from a variety of backgrounds. Although they are boys and they sing, they do not think of themselves as choirboys, but rather as an alternative kind of boy band. While the unique sound of Libera may be impossible to pigeonhole, its universal appeal has endeared the group to fans all over the world, particularly in the US, the UK, the Philippines, South Korea and Japan, where their CDs top the mainstream and classical charts and where they sell out large capacity concert halls - ideal situations for sponsorship exposure. "We would love to be able to tour more, and to bring our unique music to even more people; however we are restricted by our financial resources. We are enormously grateful for all the time volunteered by parents and others, to say nothing of the boys' time. However, we have to pay the bills - and taking the boys on tour is expensive. We are keen that ticket prices should remain relatively inexpensive, but it costs on average £250k pa to train the boys and maintain the current level of touring. Income from ticket sales is generally insufficient to cover touring costs with twenty-five boys and ten support staff, so we rely on kind gifts from generous supporters. Libera is a not-for-profit, UK registered charity. If you have enjoyed our music and would like to consider making a donation, either as a one-off gift or on a regular monthly basis, we would be eternally grateful. Contributions can be made online by visiting this donations link on our website - http://www.libera.org.uk/about/donations - or by contacting us. The generosity of our supporters is what makes it possible for us to continue to create and share the unique sound of Libera worldwide, whilst giving the boys an unparalleled musical education and fantastic opportunities to perform". Contact: David Stephens. Address: 22 Gosport Road, Lee on the Solent, Hampshire PO13 9EL. Tel.: 02392 430244. E-mail: dave.stephens@libera.org.uk.
