CHICHESTER RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB
Chichester Rugby Football Club, founded in 1926, is a large charitable community sports club just minutes from the centre of historic Chichester at Oaklands Park, one of the most idyllic sports parks on the south coast. Playing in London League 3 South for the first time in 2014/15, CRFC are looking for great achievements both on and off the field. Their newly refurbished pavilion club house is proving very popular as a venue for sponsors, players, supporters and the extended Chichester community alike. One key component of the ethos of the club is the development of their junior squads. "With over 450 youngsters, both boys and girls, on the roster, the future of the club's teams looks assured. But, like any growing successful club, we need help from our sponsors. In December 2004 Chichester RFC were delighted to be awarded the RFU Seal of Approval, a standard of excellence for the coaching and administration of Mini and Junior rugby. At that time Chichester was the twenty-first club in the country to receive this prestigious award. The success of the Mini and Junior section was again recognised by Sport England, who, in December 2005, named the club 'the best youth sports club in Sussex'. We were successful in renewing the seal of approval in 2007. In 2012 we achieved the RFU Seal of Approval for the whole club. If you are looking for a club to sponsor, at any financial level, you can be assured of a "bang for your buck" in return for any investment, no matter how large or small. We have something for everyone     outstanding exposure across a wide age range in largely affluent lifestyle groups    in-built trust and loyalty in association with our sponsors     all-year-round footfall in your target market which covers B2B and B2C customers. Seeking a diverse number of marketing opportunities that can be tailored towards your core marketing message, with a number of key support activities filtering through different areas of a sports setting? Then look no further. Our strong community engagement activities include an outstanding social space with bar, a brand new Strength and Conditioning fitness gym with modern equipment unlike anything for thirty miles around, as well as space offering meeting and other function facilities. We have flourishing rugby teams at every level and age group and are keen advocates of health and well-being programmes. Our coaches are in contact with up to thirty-two schools in the region, promoting rugby and general fitness to a wide range of children. In addition, we host a number of summer fitness activities and corporate events throughout the year. We also have a dedicated team that works on partnering - so make contact and allow us the opportunity to understand your objectives and work with you on establishing a successful sponsorship package". CRICKET EVOLUTION
Cricket Evolution is working with the OCB and local cricket organisations to gain funding and permissions to build a brand new indoor cricket facility, located in Oxfordshire and dedicated to the development of young cricket talent. The centre will be conveniently located in the Vale of White Horse, possibly near Wantage. Sponsorship support is sought to assist with the funding of the centre. Cricket Evolution is keen to work with its sponsors to build a mutually beneficial partnership. The indoor cricket centre will offer state-of-the-art training facilities that can be used by cricket clubs and coaches all year round, but particularly during the winter months to nurture young cricket talent. To fulfil this objective the facility will be made available to local schools in the area for a nominal fee. The proposed facility will include a training area with ten cricket lanes, nets and bowling machines. The centre will also include offices, which may be ideal for clubs to use as an administrative centre, as well as meeting rooms and a cricket equipment shop. Additional meeting rooms will be provided for meetings or small conferences, with multimedia facilities. Video analysis technology will be available to assist with improving batting technique, etc. The facility will be available to make block bookings for regular training by clubs and cricket coaches within a fifty mile radius. "We hope to have a confirmed location by Summer 2015 and to build the cricket centre in 2016. Sponsorship of the centre will offer significant PR benefits and a means of reaching a large number of young cricket enthusiasts and their followers. We would also be happy to discuss ways in which the facilities might be utilised by sponsors for hospitality, meetings, events, etc. Acknowledgement of sponsors' support will be included in press releases, on the centre's website and social media outlets, etc. and (subject to agreement) via visibility at the indoor centre itself. Ideally we are seeking a long-term partnership to assist with the launch and ongoing development of the centre, but we would be happy to tailor benefits to our sponsors' budgets and requirements". Ed Vaizey, MP for Didcot & Wantage: "Great initiative, worthy of widespread support"; Chris Clements, Chairman OCB: "A facility such as this one planned by Cricket Evolution would be a huge boost to Cricket in Oxfordshire - driving up accessibility and interest and therefore participation in the sport in this area"; Luke Ryan, Business Manager OCB: "A purpose built indoor cricket facility in Oxfordshire of this quality would make a significantly positive impact on our programs in particular - we will be working closely with Cricket Evolution to help them achieve their planned project for the benefit of cricket in Oxfordshire"; Ali Dane, International Eventer, Wantage: "A facility like this will thrive in the Oxfordshire area – especially with the determined group behind this project. I look forward to seeing the interest in Cricket grow in my local area!" Contact: Gabriella Racioppoo, Marketing. Tel.: 07824 858889. E-mail:

THE LC
Europe's most exciting indoor surfing experience is now available for sponsorship. The Boardrider, which is the first of its kind in Europe, is owned and operated by South Wales' premier leisure complex, the LC, which is located in Swansea at the gateway to the Gower Peninsula, one of the UK's premier surfing destinations. The Edge, which is the LC's waterpark where the Boadrider is situated, attracted 267,000 visitors last year alone. The LC was opened in style by Her Majesty the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh in 2008. The last few years have been extremely successful for the LC, with the complex picking up a host of awards for its services and offerings, as well as being named "Wales' Most Visited Paid for Attraction" by tourism body Visit Wales for two years running. The Boardrider provides perfect waves for both boogie boarding and stand up surfing, with a number of different speed settings to cater for all abilities. It is the first surf machine to work on a 'deep water' basis, as opposed to simply shooting shallow water across the surface. Waves are created by four pumps projecting water towards the surfboard at three different levels of speed - beginner, intermediate and pro. Air is then pumped into an adjustable 'hump' underneath the board, which increases the size of the wave according to individual ability. In addition to becoming an integral part of the indoor surfing revolution that is currently sweeping the UK, not to mention the rest of the world, further Boardrider sponsor benefits include     re-branding of the Boardrider to include company name    visual branding of the Boardrider's surrounding area and viewing platform     option to add physical structures into surrounding area and viewing platform (eg deckchairs, beach scene, etc.)    point of sale    total control of sound system unique to the Boardrider area. More information, pictures and videos of the LC and the Boardrider are available on the LC website. Contact: Lauren Allchurch, Account Manager. Address: MGB PR, 2 Princess Way, Swansea SA1 3LW. SVE/0002 TEN EM BEE SPORTS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
Ten Em Bee is a five acre modern facility situated in South London which caters for a number of sports. In addition to playing surfaces there are floodlights, changing rooms, a kitchen area and a large classroom. Mission statement:- "Ten Em Bee Sports Development Centre provides sporting opportunity for young people in an atmosphere where 'playing the game' will be a rewarding experience that will remain for life. A place of education where learning, training and personal development, standards and loyalty are valued". In partnership with a local college of higher education, the club has initiated a sport scholarship scheme. School leavers with sporting potential sign on at the college for the course of their choice. Immediately after leaving secondary school, their sporting education commences, with training and coaching three days a week. During term time additional coaching and training is provided for up to twelve hours a week. Competitive matches are played at the highest level available locally. Sport is the bait that attracts the child to education and the hook that ensures his/her continuance! In addition to academic and sporting education, emphasis is placed on social, physical and psychological development. Mentoring and career advice is available. Students are required to obtain coaching awards - when qualified they use their expertise for the benefit of local children. Support is required to develop this educational (in its widest sense) opportunity. "Our 'scholarship' scheme works!" they tell us. Support is received from a local college and Inner London Council. Partnership with Ten Em Bee guarantees links with a college, local council and the possibility of hoarding advertisments at the registered charity's facility and a local stadium. Sponsors would be seen to be supporting government initiatives and playing a major part in the education and physical development of children in South London. Contact: Tony Davis.
