Fulham Football Club has announced an official relationship with AXA PPP healthcare.

As well as introducing to the club's passionate fan base the health and wellbeing benefits available from healthcare cover and AXA PPP membership, the arrangement provides the opportunity to market Fulham's supporters on selected occasions throughout the duration of the agreement's tenure.

Included in the launch is a the offer of a free twelve-month gym membership on joining one of the many healthcare cover options available.
