Ice-Watch to sponsor new peak time show on ITV, Your Face Sounds Familiar

ITV Commercial has today announced that leading colour fashion watch brand, Ice-Watch, will be the sponsor of ITV's new prime time celebrity entertainment series, Your Face Sounds Familiar. The show will launch on ITV's flagship channel later in 2013.

The fully integrated package includes broadcast, online and mobile and was negotiated by ITV Commercial and Active International on behalf of Ice-Watch. The partnership will also be supported by a licensing agreement with Endemol UK.

The fun-filled new format will challenge celebrities to perform as different iconic music artists every week before a panel of judges including Julian Clary and Emma Bunton. However, in a unique twist, the celebrities will have no control over who they will perform as but instead will have to face the Your Face Sounds Familiar Randomiser each week, meaning they could need to impersonate a performer of any age or gender. Your Face Sounds Familiar is produced by Initial, an Endemol company.

Simon Daglish, Group Commercial Sales Director at ITV, said: "Following Ice-Watch's successful sponsorship of Take Me Out last year, we are delighted to welcome back the fun brand to sponsor our exciting new entertainment series. Your Face Sounds Familiar is a great brand fit for Ice-Watch, and we look forward to activating the integrated partnership both on and off air".

"Created by a specialist animation agency in Paris, the idents for Ice are original and exciting. Animations of the watches disco dancing illustrate their flexibility and slenderness in a fun and entertaining way.

"Creatives for the core collections Ice-White and Ice-Forever are eye-catching and colourful short videos, similar to those that proved so successful during our Take Me Out campaign.
