Cosmopolitan's #Fashfest returns with V.Me by Visa as headline sponsor

Cosmopolitan, the biggest women's media brand in the world, has announced the return of #FashFest, its five-day consumer-focused festival of fashion, with Visa Europe's V.me by Visa on board as headline sponsor.

Taking place week commencing 14th September, #FashFest is positioned as "the ultimate consumer fashion experience", with Cosmopolitan delivering five bespoke fashion events in five days.

The festival will give consumers the opportunity to experience and celebrate fashion from the front line, with exclusive access to celebrities, industry insiders, designers, catwalk shows, shopping opportunities and parties.

V.me by Visa, Visa Europe's digital wallet service, removes the need for consumers to enter their card numbers, expiry dates and other personal details every time they make a purchase.

V.me by Visa will be integrated into the Cosmopolitan #FashFest experience with attendees being given access to exclusive offers and incentives. In turn, Visa Europe will gain access to Cosmopolitan's audience of fashion-hungry young women to sign up to V.me by Visa and boost spending through its service.

Additionally, the partnership gives Visa Europe a platform to work alongside some of its key fashion and beauty retailers.

#FashFest's bespoke content hub cosmofashfest.co.uk will return and will provide dedicated content and details on all of the events, plus exclusive competitions. For the first time, the site will live stream The Lingerie Show and Catwalk to Cosmopolitan Fashion Show to bring the #FashFest experience to those who are unable to attend.

Consumers will also be able to purchase outfits featured during the live shows with a click to buy option which will appear straight after the model has walked down the catwalk, directing them to the retailer's website.

Brands involved with #FashFest so far include ASOS, Boohoo, Brand Alley, George.com, H&M, Next, River Island, Simply Be, Ted Baker, Yumi, EVANS and Gorgeous Couture.
